Cleaning Grey Upvc ( Krend)

Anyone had to clean new grey upvc window frames that have Krend residue on them?? clean them but goes white when dried??
Plasterers will have to get new windows by the look should of taped up....

can you explain with more detail please how did you clean them? what did you use ect ect ?

Only cleaned with water

Ideally you want a slightly acid cleaner like cement off - viakal may be strong enough however you have balance up what it may do to the coloured upvc - do a test piece but always inform the customer of the dangers and get them to sign a waiver
