you need to try and sell the van to someone you know or knows the van, maybee you could even help someone start up or a relative, is these any way you could subcontract and take a bit of a hit, at least you will still have some income for window cleaning sell them the van then its there van and kit maybe ? just that, people will try and give you silly offers for the van thinking about the cat D! even though the work has been done properly, selling vehicles is horrible mate

I am asking nearly 7k for the van, so will take offers.   Got a few coals in the fire so all is well

The thing is that very few people go through life without struggle. You need to go back to work. It is such a fantastic medicine for mental illness,

No idea on you mental health so wouldn't pretend to.

But having suffered from depression and anxiety all my life I can say for certain that it's something that is there regardless of circumstances and situation.

I could be out cleaning wimdows in the rain or sat on a balcony on Spain with the sun shining on my pint and feel absolutely miserable in both scenarios. Likewise I could feel really happy in both.

Depression comes from within and stopping working or doing hobbies etc won't make a blind bit of difference.  Moping round the house all day won't help. I've leant to just get on with it and carry on my day as planned. It will pass when it passes. Hard to do though.
