Hi everyone,

Just a thought but if we have enough notice and can arrage a proper function would people be prepared to travel, maybe overnight accomodation in hotel.

I would be happy to look into something like this.

We could find a venue, arrange deposit etc... set up a payment scheme so its not in one hit?

What does everyone think?

Agreed our locations are all over the place.

Maybe if there was enough serious interest we could look for the most central location to minimise travelling.

If we were to go for maybe a hotel with function rooms we could negotiate a block booking for rooms etc, I am sure most would stay overnight.

I will put my thinking cap on and see who is seriously interested.

Its my busiest time, light is short most/I usually work right up to Christmas eve. How about a New Year party ? or something in between.

We used to have our golf do in January as it was much cheaper

I think if there was a lot of interest one or more of the big suppliers may be interested in supporting the night.  ;) ;)

Am on the case guy's

If you haven't filled in the poll already please do and we will have a better idea who would and wouldn't come to a do.

I will then speak to Mike and see what his thoughts are and how, if possible, we can take this forward.
