I have been ask to give a price to clean the cladding on this unit i have done a test patch & the panels clean up pretty easy but i have never priced up a commercial cladding cleaning before.

The hole job can be reached by wfp so their is no need for a cherry picker from what i can see.

whats in the picture is the main part the rest i could work out i just didn't want to shot myself in the foot

your day rate plus 40%  , is what I would go in at , its going to take just under aday,  allowing for some bad bits , by the time you finish it you will be wanting to go home as your arms will be dropping off 

allow for you to be working alittle slower the day after as again if it turns into a mare in places then your arms will still be hurting the day befoure ,

but if it goes well and it cleans off with no problems and you don't get arm and shoulder pain , then its a big pay day (we find doing these that it realy happens as there always a few small bits that takes more time to do then the rest )

Pretty sure that's a Streetview picture and that it is much dirtier than appears there.  Even so, that looks like a lot more than two hours work to me.

Cladding cleaning is not window cleaning so should be charged accordingly.
Just because a pole can reach it don't mean you should do it cheap surely?.

Set yourself a minimum charge of say 800 to clean that unit as I've no idea how large it is from the pic. That is only 200 a side so they should snap yer hand off...lol

That's not including any cost of chems you may need to use either. I also hope you have access to a tap on-site otherwise you may run out of water.
