I usually nip home for pork in cider.

No breakfast/no lunch am fully 'Keto' so for me eating just isn't that important as when I was eating 'normally'.... Eat only evening meal/Netflix snacks.... Also find taking breaks at work doesn't suit me...rather crack-on and 'Job n Knock'.
