When a shop owner decides to come out and just stand there and watch while you clean. Didn't say a word for 5 minutes, just stood lurking over my shoulder.

Grab the money and run for the hills 😂

I was always told, "Clean every window like the customer's stood behind you."

That's how we try to work.

I would have forced out a huge fart and then scratched and sniffed whilst looking at him.

.......... using ordinary tap water.

Its leaving white spots. Oh, you just need to rinse more dear.  ;D

What do you put into your water to make the windows so clean? Its not what we put in, its what we take out that makes all the difference.

Bang on! My favourite is:
"Oh hi, how are you?
listen for a bit.
Then hit them with:
"I've been up the hospital recently, let me tell you all about it..."
They leave skid marks!  ;D
"Thank you for calling: if you have a 1st floor flat, mid terraced house, lots of dogs, no parking, no side access, or no sense of humour, please press hold!
For all other enquiries, please press1"

I had one that apologised for watching but she said she finds it therapeutic.
