Uni valve hose

With the Uni valve they recommend a low stretch pu hose.
I currently use Gardiners all season yellow hose. If I fitted the univalve would I need to change the hose to the blue ex-ceed hose?
Many thanks

No you don't need to change to PU hose. It's just a bit more of a pull on the hose without it. On our Super Max this became quite a pull especially in the warmer weather. We now use the exceed PU hose but it does coil a bit. You need to learn to twist it when coiling it up. Also we've found the PU hose kinks at the base of the pole, eventually after many months, splitting. But then any hose will wear eventually.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Simon that's great.
I am fitting the univalve to my SLX22 and SLX 35 and I didn't really want to change hose so that should be fine then.
Cheers
