ph of 12 - strong stuff!

It's a similar alkaline level to bleach. Perhaps that's why it's so good at cleaning white plastics.

I would not use caustic tfr myself king on custards homes but each to their own I suppose.
However you could try some bleach instead as you may find it works much better. YEHAA! lol

Everyone compares various TFR's to Virosol, yet not Virosols version on TFR which is much stronger

When I started on here I was always told to use NON CAUSTIC yet someone is selling stuff with caustic written all over it. Confused.com

I've used the Screwfix stuff on a few conny roofs now and seems pretty good.

Nice job shrek, though that roof wasn't particularly dirty. Once you brush away the bits of moss then pure would be fine for the rest.
Unlike the roof andyM cleaned, that looked a pig of a job. Would take forever with pure alone.

What dilution rate are using Andy?
I find 1 litre of screwfix into a full backpack works best.
Also it works best applying it with a brush with fan jets, give the roof a quick go over, gently agitating the dirt whilst letting the chemical soak in.
Leave for 5 mins then wash with pure.

The ratio was probably about 1:5 (20% degreaser to 80% water) just using a manual pump up sprayer.
It was Hot yesterday so I didn't leave it to dwell for more than a minute or two before scrubbing and washing off, one panel at a time.
