Would need to fill 3-4 vans at a time.

Why dont you sub the job out? Gonna be a long shot for someone to supply that much water, i could help in SE18 if you get stuck for water, have 4000l always made up but am 70 miles from Folkstone. I think kent waterworks are somewhere in that area but not totally sure.  Must be a big job?
