We have a number of those wfp unfriendly windows on the round with 2 double quarter windows above a full pane of glass underneath.

However, there is a house in our village where the windows have been fitted upside down with the openers below the full pane of glass. The windows have been turned around so they open correctly.

It just looks so odd.
