No such thing as an aquadaptor anymore. Was discontinued.
Do you mean aquatap?

univalve all the way - Aquatap good but stresses the clamps if not maintained weekly with grease as it tightens up

i believe gardeners now do a version of aquatap - but i foresee the same problems i think alex would have been better joining up with steve  and doing a univalve/gardiners project

Univalve...I've not tried any thing else as in my eyes the univalve would be hard to beat  so no need too ;)

Had all my poles fitted with univalve last month I was using a tap before. I paid £20 each though I did spend £800 with The Cleaning Warehouse so got them for £10 cheaper! So far so good!

univalves are just the best.very small and lightweight and mine have done their job great (up to now).no other flow control comes close really for ease of use.highly recommended. :)
price higher/work harder!

Had univalve from day one, love them
Loved aquadapter also
Also steves designs. Everything he thinks up works really well. Still got one of his poles. Clamps are ace. Never had to adjust them

ive used a tap under my brush head for 2 years,     just realised how to stop the mesh inside from wearing out with pole hose in it.  had around 10 from gardiners  to keep replacing them.       i got univalve fitted last week,      now i dont need to drop pole sections to turn tap off.      now i can leave it extended and just turn water flow off instantly.      Hope it lasts

Univalves are the best by far IMO. I have actually just had to replace one, think the spring must have went  as I couldn't shut the water off.  Not complaining tho, if I can get 13 months out of them I am more than happy at that.

Why have the tap under the brush??

I have my tap fitted to the end of my main hose, permanently. The other side of the tap is a female rectus 21. End of pole hose the matching male part. Then via an holster which is on my belt, my main hose with tap connects to my side, so i walk n my hose follows, so tap doesnt scrape on floor. My pole hose connected, so like either a univalve or aquadapter, all im carrying is my pole.   Rather than keeping brush on window to tug at my hose or twisting my pole, all i do is hold pole in one hand and turn tap on or off.
Personally i cant see how either of these can be better for my liking and my tap has lasted nearly 2 yrs since switching to wfp. So its cheaper and lasting longer.   ;D

To each their own. I couldn't have that round my waste all day with the weight of a hose hanging off of it.

I agree Jamie . I used to have tap on a belt holder set up.it was so annoying.  Since using univalve I am definitely less stressed .
