Is there anything that gets it off without scraping? Hoping to find something I can spray on and maybe scrub..

i have got a rule I will only remove general dirt  and bird droppings usual snail trails etc owt else I leave alone I explain to the customer that I don't want to scratch the glass trying to remove it  works every time

Don't put the cloth you use in the washing machine it'll stink the whole house out lol
