Forever mate, u need to fill a few wheelie bins up before u start.

100L @ 21 lpm gives u about 5 mins if u not filling as u empty, if u filling up at same time should last about 10-15 mins.
U need the buffer zone in a bigger tank so u start at full and be filling up at same time

ok  so fill the  tank but keep the water flowing from the tap  to tank didnt think of that   i think that would sort of work for me

What don't you just use a wheely bin - 240 ltrs is much the same footprint as that water butt. Bulkhead fittings at bottom for positive feed and a 3/4" ball cock on the feed with a hose lock

Sounds like you need to get a bigger van.
What van are you using?

its a peugot  expert only 2years old  not getting another    250 tank inside   50lt  pure freedom  trolley reell trads gear   gutter vac   poles   pressure washer iam maxed out   i think i may just be able to fit a 210ltre garden tub inside   with a bit of rearanging  i have seen this  will make a lot of difference  for space http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pure-water-systems/water-storage/standard-size-vehicle-tanks/210-litre-water-tank-tower.html

A 210 ltr water butt is very light in weight and can also be stowed (or thrown in my case) on top of other gear if need be.

Mind they are a bugger to move about with water in them but very easy to empty if need be. If I should  ever want to move the washer location I just keep an eye out on the water level in the butt and turn the inlet off with the built in xhose tap. That way I don't have to mess about turning the water on/ off at the tap.   Also comes in very handy using the xhose for washing stuff down as I go or on final cleanup when I don't need or want to use the  washer for rinsing down.

On some jobs I just set the butt up on the ground by the van back doors and run the washer from the van with enough high pressure hose to get to all the surfaces that need cleaning. That way I have the best of both as by the time I've started filling the butt, I get on preparing the area to be cleaned then normally the butt is full.

I also have a separate 250 van tank for the washer but prefer to use it for storing extra pure in it now as the butt works just as well.

I only buy 100 ft ones. Also if you shop around you may get the original xhose cheaper but there are a lot of fakes about that may not be the same quality.

Like I said before xhose's come in very handy and take up very little storage unlike conventional large garden hose reels.

This also comes in handy too for rinsing down stuff but I would not run chems through it as would last 5 mins

Looks ok but would be painfully slow trying to clean filthy block paving drives etc compared to a better say 13hp gx390 21 lpm spec washer. Also what I find very odd being there is no spec (psi/bar & lpm) listed for that pump  I can see on that site and don't mention in that vid either people have no ideal what they are getting surely?

this is what is anoying i think its a copy        iam not going down that route again  when i need one in march   i will go to rutland pumps and measure the right washer to fit in my van  and buy from them  because iam going round in circles

Loncin engines can't be all that bad as even Ben sells them 

Mind the pull cords tend to snap and the 14hp loncin motor washer  I have as a backup tends to drink fuel

wheelie bin is the best all round ten to have if you don't have a dedicated tank in van

how a bout removing the gutter vac etc.. as your unlikely to do/want to do other cleaning after a pressure washing job
