vid time
« on: December 05, 2016, 11:31:38 pm »
Ok, its not that great a vid, first one ive done and im filming using my phone which is stood on van roof. On whats been one of coldest days, turning water into slush. (Next month im sorting hot water out). The quality of filming isnt great, think i‘ll have to get wife out to film me if i do it again, as its alot of faff sorting camera out. Lol, i walk of shot as well as im cleaning the side windows on both houses and the pvc door on house whers u cant see door.
Didnt film bks as i didnt know where to put camera n well, couldnt be bothered to, haha. The backs are 2 upstairs straight forward windows and a patio door downstairs along with kitchen window. Think film shows roughly 7mins for 2 fronts n sides n  a quick start on 3rd house.

Let the critique begin

The 2 cars driving past running over yer hose lead accross the road I must say was a bit of a disappointment unlike the other day.
Now that vid would have been more interesting to see ;D

your technique leaves a lot to be desired.why didnt you rinse the second pane on the first bay window? ;

also why leave one pane?(on the second upper bay window).your pole will easily reach.

splash and dash and scarper springs to mind! ;D ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

Do you clean at night?
I stop at 45 houses because it gets dark by then.

Hiya chaps, its good to keave yourself vunerable to others on a vid :-)

Not sure which pane i left daz ? Watchecd it again and all windows got cleaned.
I now use a flow of 70 on my digi flow. It rinses well whilst your washing, esp with four jets.
Daz, yes i could have reached the full bay on 2nd house, but i have found that due to the angle, it does leave spots on that particular pane, hence why i clean it from appropriate side.

I thought people might have asked why i cleaned the 2nd hses downstairs panes twice  (1st panes on bay to left), quite simply i forgot i got them from other side till realised, hence not doing the small windows above.

1 lesson learnt from this for myself. Not to be overly fussed with doing a vid.
On these windows n all my work, they are done 4 wkly. For ones who wfp 4 weekly will know how clean the frames are and may choose to not clean frames every time. As i choose, as its not required in the same way as a one of clean or 8wkky or longer. So on film i was half heartedly doing frames as concerned people would winge at frames not being done etc, lol i shouldnt have bothered and just recorded how i would normally clean.

Another side point, its freezing here (no doubt where you guys are as well), im gonna wait untill it warms a little before filming again (either for here or my page), plus plenty of coffee as i need all the caffeine  ;D ;D

To be honest I switched off as soon as you walked down the path. Watching someone waving a stick and splashing water about don't really float my boat so to speak.  ;D
