Hi,
I've just got rid of my window cleaner because he was rubbish.  He missed windows, left terrible smears and often  forgot to shut the side gate.   I don't want to pay another fortune but I want a proper job.
I only want them cleaned every 3 ish months.

Can you help ?

Hi. its getting to that time again for my annual Christmas clean, looking for a sucker to fit me in and
hopefully clean for peanuts.
Do a good job and I might give you a shout again when the longer sunnier days start to show the dirt more.
Not sure if Iv pulled this one on you before as I have a long list of x shiners, if not give me a call.

I always try to respond to enquiries and try to keep it professional, i think that alone can send the message your wanting.  As above, it portrays that you are not a fly by window cleaner who in their head, is just doing it for beer or drug money  (Sadly there are still ones out there putting this image out) but rather you are a professional business man. Also says your not doing it every 3 months and yes you will be charging an appropriate fee.

At this time of year I give them a calling card tell them I'm really busy and if they want my services to call me in the middle of January. Over 30 years only ever had about half a dozen one offs  over Xmas period

Lol, though i have done that a couple of times. You have to be cheeky to educate ur clients lol.  One client before i could mention when quoting, that all the frames get cleaned. Asked me if that includes frames, particularly the sills as she really wanted them doing every time. So the obvious answer was, " if a coffee could be thrown into the deal, ill get the frames n sills for no extra cost."
Lol, when ever shes in i get a lovely coffee which is great as shes at the end of the stretch before i start another street

What you get time to drink coffee and clean all the frames and sills for nothing aswell.

Thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately i'm too busy to fit you in at the moment but my friend is also a window cleaner and he may be able to do it for you.  Apparently he has a slot available because one of his 3 monthly customers has just cancelled her clean due to a difference of opinion.
