You can't take the chance. I would suggest you uncouple it and bring it inside if that's possible.

take it to bed with you, wrap it up with a hot water bottle. then back out tomorrow

Mine has been in a unheated van in well below minus three with no damage, that said I use a 4040 which by opening
up the valve I end up with little or no water left in the membrane housing, as has been said cover with a few blankets or similar.

I currently have my ro/di set up inside thawing out. Mind it's usally left in a box in the garden but guess who forgot to turn the frost protect heater on inside it last night...Oops!
