Iv lost a few custys this month , usually gain month after month but recently -
 Iv lost 1 ( underpriced) . Said he just wants me to do one off's for him instead.
Another ( underpriced) txt and said just a quick one , we won't need our windows doing anymore.
Another one who needed 3 reminders a month to pay online stopped paying altogether .
And another cancelled after first clean , I think she wanted a cheap one off .
Another who said he couldn't afford it anymore.
Another who needed a few reminders to pay online said she can't afford it anymore.....

Now Iv wrote it out , I think Iv actually GAINED from losing a few .
Still , it doesn't do much for your self confidence when losing custys .

Does anyone else get a few cancellations this time of year?
Or is it just me 😅😢

In recent years I've had as many as a dozen cancel till spring every autumn. Seems to be par for the course nowadays.

I've only had the one change from 4 weekly to 8 weekly.

From what you're saying, you're probably better off without these customers particularly if they're under-priced and need to be continually chased for payment. Replace with some better ones ...

ive lost 2 this year 1 i was very dissapointed with as i cleaned it for 13 months now her boyfriends m8 has started window cleaning so there guna use him but she said i did a amazing job ect!!wat can u say to that lol it was a front only £6, 4 windows i used to trad it any way as it was wood fraims, lots a messer who cancled last year as well but came back this year ill sack her off now when she comes back again and 1 last week who cant afford it at the minit so thats no biggy  i cant think of any one easl ive lost

I think we all have to deal with those customers shrek, the two that annoy me the most are first cleans and cancel, fortunately few and far between and usually have idea they will hate them, and the ones where remind them to pay online all the time i have about three/four of them, just learn to live with them as they always do pay in the end.

Thurs lost one @£50 pcm. Said he was retiring and going to do it himself. We'll see.  Gained house/estate nextdoor £800.00 pcm. Manager saw us and asked us over the dividing wall!

I have 2 customers who strangely think im a seasonal window cleaning service and that somehow winter is the cleanest season for their windows. Hence they cancel this month for the winter and they suprisingly come back. Well they have for last 2 years and each time i put their price up. They remain loyal again for most of year until october n november when they cancel again

people are funny buggers i had a lady come up to me in town she said o how high does that brush go i said 52ft  i said do u want me to come and give u a price she then said o no not at the minit the rain is washing them off ill take a card tho! i said dont werry then as the rain will keep them clean so no need to take a card some people are just time wasters

Yeah I suppose your right, I'm not getting complaints as I always say to every new custy, if your not happy after Iv been , let me know .
Looking at the situation, it's custys that are a PITA or underpriced and I started to dread doing the jobs for that reason . So maybe it was a good thing losing those ones
