I think that if you start from scratch, you do learn an awful lot along the way and from mistakes etc that you will make, which in turn make your business better and more professional as you grow.
If you were to buy into a cleaning business and you have not yet got the experience, i have an idea you would loose some of the customers along the way until you learn from the mistakes etc that you will make, and until you become a proficient cleaner and train your staff to an acceptaple standard to the clients.
However, if you start from scratch.......and become a top notch cleaning company, you would then be in a better position to buy some more contracts, and be in a better position to keep all those contract that would then have bought!!
Does that make sense?? I think it does in my head but i think i know what i am trying to say.
But chuffing 'eck donmagsino........my brain is mushy at 8:30 on a Sunday morning.....what were you doing on the forum at 2:30 in the morning?

Regards
Tim
