Camera for top of pole
« on: August 11, 2016, 08:05:30 pm »
Just wondered has anybody fitted a camera to top of pole?  Something like on a gutter vac. Thought it would be good for checking windows after cleaning especially on 3 stories

No not for perving the ladder brigade are welcome to that.  Just thought it might have shown if any bird crap etc hadn't cleaned off.

If you tried it would be only right & proper to inform people beforehand that the work could be checked by using a camera on a wfp pole. That way you should be covered just in case you frighten the living daylights out of the occupiers including kids, see something you shouldn't and maybe get reported to the old bill.

At the  end of the day you really need the occupiers permision as some people are funny like that

No not going to try it. Was only a suggestion. Just wondered if anybody had tried it but can understand the issues of getting permission etc

I rely on my customers eyes.  ;D ;D
If there's an issue with my work that bothers them, I make them feel comfortable with telling me and I go back if need be to rectify it. I seldom get call backs, though I did this last week and it was entirely my fault. But sorted it and still have a happy customer.

It certainly does.  ;D ;D
No, seriously though, if it bothers my customers it bothers me. If the standard I work to is not up to what they expect, then I strive to go that bit further if I reasonably can.

what window cleaner has time for that?

just clean all windows as well as you can whether its ground floor or 3 storey.if you get a complaint,go back and re clean(it very rarely happens in reality).
price higher/work harder!

What puzzles me sometimes that some occupants never seem to clean the insides or ask so why do they bother to get the outside cleaned?
