keyholder domestic cleaning

so how does this work? i have many keys from customers, i am taknig o a couple of staff so will they collect and drop off the keys from me every day?

Our policy is that all keys  are collected from the office at start of day & returned at end of day

Also key holder insurance is good  to have , just in case staff misplace
