Investing or subbing out work? Pressure washing :
« on: June 26, 2016, 11:20:23 am »
Hi all,  i do SEO  (i get websites found high in google)  but i also own a window cleaning business that i employ cleaners to do the work.

I am thinking about starting a pressure washing business as a side line, but i am wondering whether to invest my money into the equipment ( van pressure washer etc) or sub out the work that comes from my website.

My window cleaning business is number 1 on google for my area, and i have ranked many customers websites high in there local areas.

so if you were me what would you do......invest or sub ?

Ha ha funny but are you being serious or joking? I currently run my window cleaning business on a % to my cleaners. They earn a percentage of what they clean.

Back to my original question.....

subbing out pressure washing work......

I think you may have answered your own question there.

what i mean is .......  would it be profitable for me to  contact another pressure washing company in the area who does not have online marketing skills and sub out the work to them?

This would save me buying expensive equipment etc, but what would be a fair percentage for both parties?

'Please, please can you do my SEO for me..?'

I'm assuming this was a veiled attempt at letting everyone know you do SEO for window cleaners?

If you don't want to be chained to a desk for 10 hours a day, get out and do some pressure washing then :P

Or why not take up golf maybe and let the underlings do all the tedious chores like working for a living.  ;D ;D
