fitbit and water fed poleing
« on: June 21, 2016, 11:21:31 pm »
Bought a fitbit HR to monitor how many steps I do a day whilst working as I'm trying to lose weight and be healthier but find after a few hours work I'm hitting 10000 steps due to my arm movement from working when all I probably have done is 500 steps. Anybody else use 1 an have a solution? there must be a setting for people who use there arms a lot at work. otherwise what a waste of money...

I think it transforms all the movements you do in steps, calories burnt etc.it cannot know all the movements you do. I have one and that's what i noticed

3 months going the gym 2-3 times a week(weight training, cycling, rowing)for an hour to an hour and a half per session, taking the dog for 3 or 4 walks a week and playing drums in a band is working for me.

couple that with plenty of fruit and vegetables, lean meat, eggs, fish, brown rice, oatmeal etc and cut out all the junk(allow yourself a bit one day a week like sunday)and you ll tone up and lose a bit of weight.

i feel great mick.better than ive felt for years and can see changes to my body shape now.

i only work 30-35 hours a week though (at most) so i have time for exercise.

im totally converted and i cant wait to hit the gym this evening after work! :D
price higher/work harder!
