X-line Pro + vs Gardiner SLX
« on: April 17, 2016, 09:22:01 pm »
Hi guys new to the forum  ;D

So I'm thinking of buying a new pole and would very much like to hear opinions from you guys who have tried both the SLX and the PRO + poles as to which one you prover and why ?
I already have a SLX 22 and it's been a grate pole but like the look of the X-line Pro + so a little torn between getting another SLX or giving some thing new a try.

Local cleaner has had both and sold the xline to buy another slx 22.

I had to use an slx 22 the other day and on using that i thought it was a great pole tbh! Considering i use extremes. Decided to upgrade to an extreme 3 now though.

Hi guys thanks for the replies so far, Richard the X-Line is a little more at £212 for a 20ft so 2ft smaller than the Gardiner aswell  :)

Never tried an X-line but my SLX22 is still going strong after 5 years with a clamp change at 3 years.
It's a game of three halves!
