Reach It Why?
« on: March 26, 2016, 03:36:02 am »
Noticed that there seems to be a fair amount of people here (forum) and generally in UK  that are not a fan or Reach It poles brushes etc.
Is it the product or the person sell it or both??

Gardiners are hard to compete with when it comes to poles both on quality and price, personally I don't even look elsewhere now
when it comes to changing my poles.

As said gardiners are hard to beat, with great customer service and support you get customer loyalty not everything is down to price, especially when all other poles seem to be more expensive than gardiners yet not the same quality.

I've heard a fair bit about reach it on forums - but their website seems non existent so for me I discount them  on the lack of knowing prices, weights, quality and even if they supply in the uk

Yes I agree with the above,I think Gardener poles are the best so why go elsewhere,I wouldn't even try others now,I had Ionics ,Brodex just to name just a few but are rubbish compared to Gardener poles ,I truly wouldn't use any other poles now .

They weigh a tonne... huge clamps...
Inferior carbon... massive diameter on Base sections & more expensive than other better vaue & quality poles..
And not just Gardiners.. several brands I would buy before Reach It.

When I switched over in june last year I was very much looking into reach it. They do supply over in uk. I was looking at the reach it mini as it wojld have suited my needs. Liked the idea of the sleeve and rino clamps to stop any spinning. However the price of those things compared to others is unbelievably.  I weny with facelift in end but next pole will be a gardiner. Alot of people I know use them and price is very competative.

I got my hands on a 2nd hand carbon reach it recently with those rhino clamps.. it was a 26ft pole made up of about 5 sections but those awful rhino clamps added about 18 inches to the closed length & the way they interlock means the Base section clamp is massive! So much unnecessary weight.  Really didn't like it at all.

Smurf; not true.

You get lots and lots of confusion.  ;D

Here's the reason why.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIg80xUqcUI&feature=youtu.be

As was stated on a similar post in Dec 2015
http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=200017.msg1753492#msg1753492

Number 23 says we should wait for section H as that is going to be a game changer.  ;D

Seriously, the YouTube video PT put up is the reason why we will go to Gardiners every time.
That man is his own worst enemy. Who would even consider that pole after watching that video.

He's not a window cleaner and has clearly never cleaned windows in his life. How can he design something for a market he clearly has no hands-on experience in?

Google him (as I'm sure you have) and you'll find he has history.  Whether it should concern us I'm not sure. However, as Alex comes from a window cleaning background and still does occasionally  I know where my money goes.

To add from what I said already I don't think Perry give a fig of a little island in the middle of nowhere called the UK when he can sell his poles and other products including training packages to gullible yanks that don't know no any better.  ;D

HA HA HA ha ha   :o First do not give reviews on any products for rewards freebies.
Think most manufactures probable will not even give me try new products as believe we tell it like it is .
And tell people how you might want to modify it as you would of seen in the many videos we have done.
Oh the only one that was sort of promoted was the Quick- LoQ.
Why because felt it was something long time coming .
And use it every day with all my tools.
