Text a custy a while back saying his clean was due.
His reply was he's having new windows fitted soon so doesn't want them done.
I text him again 8 weeks later, his reply is the new windows still look good, so doesn't want them done.
On one level I appreciate where he's at, but I'm a bit fed up with just being p155ed about.

1. Am I just having a bad day cause I feel like dumping him?
2. Has anyone got a good reply for this?

PS, the house is slightly underpriced £22 should be about £24, slightly out of my way but the custy is good for the money.

Give him one more chance, then bin him if he messes you around next time they are due, move on and replace.

any 8 weekly customer who skips for no valid,sensible reason gets dumped there and then normally.luckily it very rarely happens!

I would dump now. Tell him you've put someone else in his slot who will be more regular. I often say ring me when your ready and I will try to find room for you.

If this has all been by text, I don't really understand the issue. Hardly going out of your way or being p155ed about.
If like you say he is good for the money, he'll either ring or he won't. If he does then
the balls then back in your court as to wether he continues to be a customer or not.

I had one today can we do 3 monthly now as the house is not being used as they are always away,this woman lives on the grounds and gets hers done at half the price she should be paying as she looks after the place. She will be getting an email telling her now it's 3 months instead of 6 weeks she'll be paying double lol.

Just tell him that's fine and you've moved him from regular clean to request clean which is £35 , only regular clean is £22

As you know I dump more quickly than Stig of the Dump has a dump in the dump.

Firstly try to get out of feeling the need to text custies beforehand; that being said, I would give him a pass because let's say you are due early Jan and his windows go in on Feb 1st.

So you text and he thinks "in 4 weeks new windows; don't need doing" - fair enough.

Then you text end of Feb and he thinks "new windows have only been in 4 weeks - I don't expect them to be done for 8 weeks/2 months".

So I would give him a free pass - after all new windows are unlikely to be given as a reason again.

But I would go in 4 weeks from my last text not 8 as it is on it's own and out the way.

If he messes you around further then I would dump.

After being dumped in favour for one of those I thought sod it I will treat myself to one too and get the wife to do ours as I just can't be arsed

I lost a £15 four weekly yesterday and I was a bit miffed, another wanted to go from 4 weekly to 8 weekly and today  I lost a £75 four weekly. I'm suicidal

I would have said contact me when you want them doing if someone comes along in meantime give them his slot . I had one who left it 6 months then thought I would drop everything just cos there were having a party . Dumped .
