If I get through the days work early will I be able to see the next days work so I could squeeze a few extra jobs in ?

Would it enable me to send debt text reminders from my van during the day ?

Mine work is setup for the week. I spend an hour on a Sunday doing it.

Each day IF I want I can chip away at the next day etc.

I print off weeks work on a Sunday and put it into a folder done in minutes no need to mess with phone during day

YES. i have CP set to "date actually done" and download a weeks worksheet at a time in set days but if i want to i can go into tommorrows set day(or any days on the worksheet and clean them today).

YES.if you click the customers phone number on the worksheet.just text away although ive never done this while out and about.

i love how i can add a new customer/ job and slot it into my existing work right in the place i want it.i use this function quite frequently for new jobs picked up when out and about.

also adding an expense is really easy on the mobile app when i fill up at the garage,change gas bottles etc.

adding a note at the top of the worksheet is good too for reminding you of various things you might need to remember during your working day.

So then when you get home you have to update all your work sheets manually?

Pull out phone. Click done. Paid yes/no. Done. Takes what 20 seconds. Depends what phone you have I guess. Second nature to me on iPhone 6plus. Screen is massive.
