Any one know which is the most powerful wet/dry vac in terms of CFM, all though litres per second will do best I've found so far is 108 L/S which equates to 228 CFM. these were 3000w. not that i'm clued up of this, i just need one that hits around 250 CFM if possible. Makes and links if you can help.
I have just brought a klindex super vac 71 for dry vaccume of heavy dust from grinding concrete and it has an air pulsing self cleaning filter it is superb so I would defo recommend this as a dry vac
If you are plugging it into a domestic home then you are limited to a 3 X 2 stage machine , the biggest I have seen in terms of power and size is this one I use, it was comparable to a high end extractor

I think you will find you are mixing fluid and volume as I can only think that by 108 l/s you mean litres a second. 250 cfm equates to 425 cubic m/hr. The choice is vast so you need to narrow it down a little! Post back if you want it primarily for wet or dry use, your budget and I will post you some appropriate links within your parameters;D
