Im sure i saw somewhere a plastic fitting from Harris pole thread to standard brush but i cant find it anywhere. Can anyone help please?

That's an acme to acme thread plastic angle adaptor by the looks of it so to screw on to an acme type thread pole and brush. To fit a euro thread wfp brush you would need to buy a wfp plastic angle adapter and just swap the top bit over to screw on a euro thread  wfp brush.

If you just want to screw on say a soft flocked chepo telescopic car/truck wash brush which happens to be an acme thread will screw right on to that  acme to acme plastic  angle adapter fitted to a harris pole without any mods.

Both are a cheap as chips to buy so is always good to have a few of both methinks as takes seconds to swap bits over anyhow.
