Had the Vax rep over last week to demonstrate. Bit like an upmarket nilco 1237. Rotary brush, easy to fit wand hose. Folds down nicely and does a decent job on small areas.  Looks rather snazzy. Would be an ideal substitute/replacement for a rug doctor. Works in either direction. Switches for scrub only and scrub & extract. Small water tank, not heated. Very easy to strip down and clean. Folds down to a compact size so will fit in the boot of the car. Solidly made. Not as heavy as rug doctor. To be honest I was quite impressed by it's performance for a small machine. We may buy a couple for small tenancy jobs next year when demand picks up.
