I HAD THIS CUSTOMER, AND SHE HAD THIS LINE OF DARK BLUE IN HER CARPET FROM WHERE THE WOODEN CABINET HAD BEEN STANDING, NOW I KNOW IT HAS COME FROM THE CABINET AND IT LOOKS LIKE SOME SORT OF DYE HAS LEAKED OUT OF THE CABINET ONTO THE CARPET MOSTLY UNDER THE ONE FOOT OF THE CABINET. I HAVE TRIED PUTTING EVERYTHING ON IT BUT IT WONT MOVE!
THE CARPET IS CREAM WOOL.
ANY HELP PLEASE???
IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN USE TO GET IT OUT?

Try a Stanley knife.     Prob' the only option left now.

some hydrogen peroxide may help to gently bleach the stain, but use it carefully and a little at a time, normally a bit of ammonia is needed to speed things up

WHO KNOWS ABOUT THAT BLEACHING COMPOUND THAT COMES IN A POWDER FORM, THINK IT IS CALLED "SODIUM SOMETHING SULPHATE? YOU MIX IT WITH WATER AND BLOT IT ON WITH A BRUSH.

Sodium metabisulphate is a reducing agent and is good for tea, coffee and red wine stains.
This stain if it is from the actual cabinet will be permanent. Not worth messing about with it. You say its blue, I guess the cabinet is a mahogany colour and the stain is a purplish hue.
However as you say something may have leaked out it may be fountain pen ink. This would transfer to a white towel and most of it would extract. It may be impossible to remove completely.
