We have 600 in ours - looks a bit like thunderbird 2 when taking off  ;D

Going to update the rear springs to sort that out

I went for the 1200 payload version and have a 700 litre tank in there.  It leaves a little bit to spare but that's no bad thing as I'm not sure it's a good idea to regularly max out the van with weight.
1200 payload -> 700 tank is equivalent of 900 payload -> 400 tank.  There is some wriggle room though.

On a side note, I find that I'm quite liking this van.  There's less leg room than I'm used to, and a bulkhead as standard would have been nice, but it ticks all the other boxes for me (so far).

I've had three from new 05 ,O8,,61 ,I've enjoyed all three, they carry the wait easy, drive well, and in general worked for me.
The only down side, anti roll bar bushes in all three vans after less than a year of use,in two vans had to have flywheel replaced after approx 35k

Well, I'm stuck with this for the next 5 years whatever happens - but intend to sell on after 7 or 8 years.  My max mileage is 10k a year.  Just wondering what kind of mileage you were doing for those bushes to go. Flywheel at 35k sounds bad.  Were they under warranty?
First MOT isn't due till August 2018.  I'm thinking maybe get it done a couple of weeks early in case any warranty jobs need doing.

Hi mate,I do approx 12 k a year, can't remember exactly when bushes went, started to hear a knocking from front wheel area when going over bumps,i guess it was after about a year poss less, but covered under warranty.
Fly wheel started after 35.k,I started to notice a slight clutch judder when pulling away, that got worse in time.
Fly wheel  I was told by Crawley down garage was a serviceable item ,and that would strip van down and look at it,if it was down to normal wear it would not be covered by warranty, was told the best I could hope for was manufacturer may contribute to bill and I would have to pay rest of Bill
I felt I would end up paying total cost of repair and van would have been with them for a few days,I decided to not bother with garage due to grief, cost and time off road,
I got someone to do it in a day total cost labour and parts £700 that also included a new clutch as that is recommended to replace at same time
Having said all the above there good vans and I've been happy with them
Just ordered s new transit custom from broad ridge heath

Thanks for the detailed response Colin.  I suppose all vans have their achilles heels, so it's good to be forewarned of what might be coming up eventually.
I doubt that I would be going to Crawley Down garage again as I have had a high proportion of negative experiences with them.  The last time I attempted to go there with my old van, I informed them of a couple of minor faults about a week or so before the warranty was going to expire.  Because they didn't have time to book it in before the warranty was over, they said that I would have to pay - even though I had logged the faults.  A full and frank exchange of views occurred and I was banned from the place (I swore at him over the phone after spending a few minutes getting nowhere).  On reflection, I could and should have handled it better - but I feel the same could be said of the manager there.  That was ten years ago so has hopefully faded into distant memory.  Prior to that, with an earlier van, I required a service, MOT and some bodywork repair that I was self funding.  They kept it over a week before phoning me to collect it saying that all the work was done.  It transpired that only the bodywork had been repaired.  They were unable to find the MOT certificate when I collected it so I arranged to call for it a couple of days later.  It turned out that I drove the vehicle around for a weekend with no MOT while believing that it had been done.  Not impressed.  I figured out the bit about the service when I checked the oil to see how much they put in.  It was low and very dark (on a petrol van) and clearly hadn't been touched. N.B. They never tried to charge me for the service - it was an administration gaff rather than an attempt to cheat me.
Anyway, Tates in Manor Royal, Crawley is nearer so I'll go there.  I would rather use my usual garage but there are restrictions while under warranty.  Also, technically I don't own the van yet due to the financing arrangements, so I have to se Citroen approved places.  My experience is that the righ back street placve does things far better and more cheaply than a dealership.

Interesting about Crawley down garage was told a couple of days ago that they are closing, not surprising if they treat customers like that treated you
