Tighten all hose connections, use PTFE tape on threads if necessary.

PumpBox solution turn box on its back so inlet & oulet connections are pointing to the sky remove hose from inlet and pour some water in until it overflows .
Then make sure their is water coming through the hose from tank to pump by placing on floor once water has gushed out reconnect to PumpBox and turn on works every time , I dont use a water stop end connection on the inlet to pumpbox only the outlet .
