Kevin is it OK if I email you. I have been asked to clean a hard floor in a cellar - all black brick with mortar splashed on it. Customer wants me to do a demo.  VERY Wealthy and a very good customer of mine for carpet cleaning and garden work, so would like to be able to do the clean.

Not done any hard floor stuff other than some dance floor stripping and polishing some 20 years ago haha
