These water heaters are sold and used all the time  in the equestrian world.
So they can't be that unsafe.

I use to ride quite a bit but not the horses so much after a while as found the stable girls very friendly

that heater looks like the fog wash that was out a few years back.any way I think the 20min cut off is an ce requirement .

Yes my understanding is the 20min cut out is a ce requirement as well as all the other safety features on a hot water heater

a 20 min cut off is no problem anyway cos as soon as you turn the tap off at brush end and the pump stops,the heater resets itself so you have another 20 mins when you turn it back on.

i dont have the heater/pump running constantly for 20 mins anyway without turning the  tap off a few times.(getting paid off a customer,going from upper windows to ground floor,sorting my hose out etc)
price higher/work harder!
