Mmmmmm. Yes. Thanks. Spruce.
Sorry, I didn't mean to be reply in a bullish manner.
We had a traditional cleaner in our part of the world about 12 years ago. He couldn't drive and had 3 or 4 ladders strategically left at convenient places on his round - with customers.
He couldn't make the job work and stopped cleaning. He never collected his ladders either.
He left the area, got a drivers licence and has a big round where he lives now. He is fully wfp.
There was another cleaner who used a home made barrow with 2 wheels to transport his ladder and equipment. Haven't seen him for ages. He also didn't drive (banned as he liked the bottle too much.) Whilst he was making an effort to continue with his round, it just didn't look professional.
We also had a couple who used to walk their round taking it in turns to carry the ladder. They aren't around either now and we have a couple of their customers in the street we work.
