Does anyone have a link for a pre written letter to send to local companies offering my services for window cleaning not looking to copy it exact just want it to sound and look professional thanks

You will have to make sure it doesn't go straight into their spam folder, that will be the hard bit !

Forget e-mails - the response rate is dismal.
A nice personalised paper letter often gets good results though - I got a few commercial contracts by sending out letters whenever I saw somewhere new opening. :)
