Okay had a little look, basically it looks to be a sky vac lookie likey - checking performance it's down on suction esp. As its 3000 watts compared to 2600 for the skyvac - I have no idea if 30% carbon content is good or even true.
Concerns for me are size of inlet - is it a standard vacuum one or modified to suit gutter work. The silicone bend is rubbish - solid Ali bend is what you need to really get the crud out ( and break it up ). And the hose is very short, I work with 15 meters, saves time in moving about.
At the end of the day you get what you pay for, cheap will do light duty work, it may do heavy duty stuff on occasion but not heavy duty day in day out.
Our omnivac is about to enter its sixth year, it has done well over 1000 gutter clears plus lots of other stuff,
In that time it's lost one motor at a replacement cost of £78 ( have chewed up a few hoses mind! )
Maybe a good starter machine, but if was paying I'd save up more and get quality kit
