black tyre marks on warehouse floor

anyone had an experience of removing this from concrete floors? i have found a chemical on line which i may purchase. This is not a job i would normally do. A contract of mines has aske dme to clean the floor up. Basically a new warehouse and some how got marks all over it from forklift.

Diamabrushes will do it mechanically.

There is an RPM product that works amazingly on resin floors but is really expensive.
It is the same chemistry as Chemspec Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner (they are same group of companies)

Resin Surfaces Limited also do a product that may be worth trialling.
