Mr rhino - you are certainly one in a million!
Thanks - But I already know this  :D
We use various ways to get work, Internet, telcan, canvassing, ads the list goes on... But I then go and meet/greet the decision maker, do a walk round, talk over requirements etc..  Then send in a quote, or in the case of the hospital fill out volumes of paperwork as it was a tender (3 year contract) well pleased with this one as we weren't the cheapest quote.

Darran

We always meet our clients too  - but the most important thing is - how do they find US in the first place?
Could it be our marketing strategies?
25 years ago I used to tender for works - but hardly do this type of work now - only about 1% if I like the building enough to fill out lots of forms etc

I know you probably won't say but what kind of price did you charge for hospital and school please? Just curious how you priced it up? Cheers

Nice job smudger  ;)

I was doing a driveway today and popped around the back of the property for something and nearly fell on my arse on their slippery wet deck.  When I spoke to the customer about my near miss he said "I done that too as is very slippery is it not"
Anyway he must have felt guilty or something as that is another job I have to do  ;D

Algae covered decking is worse than walking on ice, those ones are on a holiday complex so it was only a clean and rinse to keep them tip top until summer is over
