The best can work out is Combi or Orbital is a wide channel also note the handle is fixed to channel.
The rest are slimline channels and can change channels.
When a scrubbing pad is added on it is then called a flipper.
Example: Orbital , Combi, PC slimline, WhirlWind slimline or Wagtail slimline  (Flipper)
