Finding good workers that can drive
« on: July 13, 2015, 12:07:23 pm »
Solving the problem of the many excellent workers who do not drive. We introduced our 'WATER BIKE" some weeks ago and it is working really well.

How much water can it carry, or are you filtering on the go most of the time?

Great idea!  ;D

Very good! I see you have one of Peter Fogwills trolleys in the background too. That's what I had to start.

I guess the TDS round your way isn't too bad?
It's a game of three halves!

do you need extra insurance for riding that thing? ;D

so basically these guys you have working for you can ride to your work,do a good days cleaning and ride home without you having to do anything apart from collect the money(or BACS/SAE)and give him his daily wage?
price higher/work harder!

Yes we have additional insurance for them and having systems in place to allow staff to operate without daily contact is the aim of any employer.

All clients are either monthly invoiced or are on our unique "unlimited" deal.

Staff are really enjoying the freedom "making hay while the sun shines"

No fuel costs no van running costs no parking fines no restrictions on where and when we can work in the town and of course our original aim of allowing people who want to work who make good employees but can't drive be able to earn a decent living

Nice input Adam  ::)roll

I bet that bike gets the company noticed more than any sign written van ever would.

Great form of advertising if nothing else.
