Does the wind turbine on the top power the pump, and if it isn't windy do you have to go home ?

That was my first thought

Also could you gear the turbine to the wheels and make it self propelled?

I bought a 50 litre pf trolley as was in the same boat finding big courtyards to clean in centre middle  sections of buildings, sadly i have to keep taking trolley back to van to fill up or carry an extra 2 barrels up.! Your 100 diy litre trolly idea im going to steal, dont know why i didnt think of making 1 up myself.

I would suspect that it will be top heavy when you lift the shafts...can I suggest fitting a heavy duty jockey wheel on the back end somewere so you can push it round like a trailer. I built a few of these myself and owt over 75 lts gets a bit hard to push if you aint got a smooth surface, but having said that you got good chunky wheels on this one. also that lid will have to be screwed down tight if you decide to fill to brim.

Hi Darran, it looks good.

Did you try it with the tank over the wheels and pump / battery the other end. My reasoning being (if it worked of course) moving the weight of the water over the wheels would make it more balanced and take some of the strain off your back.

Saw one where I keep caravan a 4 wheel trolley with what looked like a spray tank from side of tractor 12v pump mounted on top
