Aga clean

good morning

I have an age that needs clueing , any pointers on how to clean the burnt on fat/grease on the inside of the oven doors ( i know oven cleaner or a metal scour will spoil it as it looks like aluminium ). it is quite bad . rang Aga and they did not know

any help greatly received please
