[KS Cleaning]

Put in an order to the tune of £130 on Tuesday 9th of June, still haven't received the goods yet I have e mailed and phoned twice and left message but no response, absolutely diabolical service . I don't usually like putting these type of posts on an open forum but I really have lost my patience with them now. 
I was wondering if anyone else has ordered anything from them recently and encountered the same problems?

Ordered from website last week and received my goods within the week.

Yes I had a similar experience a few months ago, ordered some bits and took a few weeks to arrive.
It's put me off ordering from them again..

That's my main gripe with Steve. Getting hold of him. Try online chat about 9pm

Good luck , I am still waiting  for goods from last year . He promised a few months back on here that he would resolve the situation

Got an email today, they had run out of parts for the aqua-dapter, now being sent out today.
