My elbow locked up this morning at breakfast time  :o
Couldn't straighten it - agony!

Found a way of unlocking it by twisting my hand outwards as far as it will go. Keeps locking up though.
That's my sex life over  ::)roll

do you think its work related dave?

i had a few twinges in both elbows a few months ago but fine now.it just went away on its own.

GOD!how i rely on both my arms!(poling all day and playing the drums!)

do you take supplements mate?(eg cod liver oil and glucosamine) i do every day.

whats your workload been like the last few weeks?working long days and weekends or say 6-7 hours a day 5 days a week?
price higher/work harder!

Yes work related - been working longer hours and Saturdays plus the conservatory roof season has started.
Always had trouble - never can straighten my arm out fully anymore but never had it lock before. Been wearing a support to squeeze the forearm which normally helps. Don't know what it is must be something floating about in there.

Don't throw that neck brace out Franky - I need all the support I can get.

I suffered severe tennis elbow for weeks, first in my left elbow then in my right within the first two years of switching to WFP.  I visited an osteopath who recommended acupuncture. It worked for me.  Cleared up very quickly after the treatment. So far I've had no repetition thankfully. It was extremely painful.

Acupuncture worked for me too. Brilliant results. I had it bad for 18 months, affected work, sleep everything.  My advice is cut back on work a bit and go see an acupuncturist asap.

I watched a video on youtube but can`t find it now, instead of only using arms they rocked back and forth on there feet which saves the arms. I`ve tried it and it does work but it makes my jigglely bits jiggle too much.
