Tried a couple of times over the years to use a swivel, always thrown them, or given them away.
Anyhow on my last Gardiner order I ordered this
https://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/352x352/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/g/o/gooseneck_with_swivel_socket_800.jpg
What fantastic bit of kit with none of the floppyness I always had with the other type.
I really was surprised

We habe using these with the Gardiners upvc flocked brush when cleaning outside gutters, and facias. Makes it a lot easier.

I use the long neck Quick-Loq version. The swivel is the best innovation since wfp itself iMO.

yeah i use the gardiner swivel, cant get on with them too loose but just tight enough where they need a good bit of force to swivel them, i wouldnt be without one now!

I think they make the brush last longer too
I have seen some window cleaners brushes with the end bristles flat and lots missing.
My brushes never look like this with a swivel on me pole

Only use my swivel on gutters or hard to reach windows. Normally, left in my bucket

I just find it easier cleaning, as it swivels you don't have strain changing the angle of the pole. Only improvement I would make is to have more bristles, and more splay.

Yes that is a good idea.
Has anybody tried it like this.
It is even easier to use you brushes on a pole.
