Rostering/invoicing/client management
« on: May 03, 2006, 11:30:57 am »
Am about to venture into a piece of software devised by QuikPlan (aimed at home care at the moment) which myself and QuikPlan are going to redesign so it is aimed at the domestic cleaning market.

I am sure there are plenty of you out there that would be interested once it is up and running properly, so will keep you posted.

It isn't a cheap piece of software, cosating £99.00 per month after setup up costs, but I feel it will be worth it, and the guy at QuikPlan, Nick, is a really nice bloke, very friendly, and helpful.....I am looking forward to working with him to get this software up and running for us in the dom market.

If there ARE any of you out there who may be interested, and you decide to ring QuikPlan and speak to Nick, please let him know I recommended him :)

Cheers!

Jan

Not sure your getting a good deal for £99 a month.

You could get a part-time bookeeper for that

no i don't need a bookkeeper as I do it all myself, besides is not just an payroll software it does the whole works bit like CEO Insight but cheaper and British :). A bookkeeper isn't going to invoice clients, manage clients or staff!!

Hi,

I work at Innovise and we have a similar system, built and hosted in the UK that will also do what is described here and might be worth a look. Its called Servicetrac and is detailed at www.innovise.com.

Sorry for the blatant sales plug!

You can get SAGE Payroll and Sage Line 50 Accounts for less than what it will cost you paying £99.00 per month.

we run a " care " business and use one of the many systems which were demo'd to us, none of these required an ongoing monthly cost !
