Hot hose is far more durable and lasts longer, should last a few years at least on 1 pole.

Hot water hose from Gardiners should be fine over summer but will eventually split if using cold water mine did over winter months , Recently switched to all season and its not bad currently .

All season pole hose is decent stuff! I've tried a few others and not had much success. On Streamline Lite -5 at the moment which doesn't go wirey as such but knots up at the base of the pole. I'm going to put my all season hose back on to see the difference again.

I just bought 100m of the all season hose.
It's better than what I had and coils up nicely. Still twists after a days work though and has to be straightened out. I think they all do that.
