What size tank for 850kg Berlingo?
« on: April 26, 2015, 07:52:42 am »
Hi, do you think it would be ok to fit a 500 litre tank into a 850kg van? I work solo so no passengers just a basic wfp setup in back and ladder on roof.

Thanks

I would never put a tank of more than 400 liter it will take the load but put a strain on every moving part of your van and if I needed more water refill at lunch time.

Even if it comes in at under the payload it will be well under powered for the weight you'll be carrying, wait for the people that have these vans lol. Anything over say a 400ltr I would go for a medium van say transit-transporter,you will only go bigger next time anyway
