Well the back is way to high and dangerous for a ladder and I wouldn’t put a ladder on the front glass panel, as for price I would say 60 pounds

Prob £50 WFP, wouldn't touch it with ladders.

For a start...

1) do not leave ladders against the glass!!
2) do not use ladders on windows that height!!
3) do not use ladders on decking without safety device or someone footing!!
4) the multi panel glass feature could not be safely cleaned at all ...

TOO HIGH / WHERE WOULD YOU PITCH LADDER FROM WITH STAIRWAY / WHERE WOULD YOU POSITION HEAD OF LADDER.

5) WFP is the only way here

Them ladders look like DIY ladders...if they are, any insurance clain would be invalidated...seriously mate...change the way you are working...that job has DANGER written all over it for a ladder user!!

I would definatly use WFP.
With all those windows in close proximity, you could fly through them.

If it was in my area(South- East Wales), I'd say about £40.(thats not including the balconies mind you)

Just wondering how people would tackle the lower part of the panes of glass on the balcony if it had to be done from the ground.  Inside access would be a help but I'm wondering if there's a pole attachment that is something like a 135 degree bend with some width with the brush attached upside down.  Might be tricky with some systems but doable on something like an Omnipole if the correct attachment exists.

If you are just working of ladders I would definitely say at least £60, as some of those windows are high and look quite dodgy to get to.

On the other if WFP I would charge £40-£45 because as already said you will fly through it with the windows being so close together.

If there is reliable access from inside to do the balcony doors then maybe £80 for the first clean and £60 thereafter.  If the access is poor though and you need to cobble together some fancy stuff for the pole then maybe add £20 to that.  Sometimes it's hard to say until you've tried a job.

Come to think of it, you will need access  to the balconies as I imagine that both sides of the glass panels on the balcony will need cleaning.  I wouldn't touch the job by ladder.

What have you quoted for this house? I would say £50 with poles I think if its possible to go through house to do balconys would be preferable.

After i've had another look, i would wfp everything, except for the balconies, and the windows on the other side of the balconies. These i would do trad. Obviously to get onto the balconies i would use a ladder(unless i could get access from inside the house).
With the balconies i would price it as £50

I would wfp - and on the balconies (if inaccessible from the inside) tie the ladders off with a tight bungee cord.

£60 sounds right, maybe £50 after first clean if monthly.

I've just done a quick risk assesment using your pics for reference.

Unless you can  get access from the inside and have WFP don't touch it. That place is a minefield of deathtraps.

If you can get inside access and have WFP then min £60.
